After you’ve selected your service, signed your contract, and paid your deposit, you’ll receive some questionnaires to complete, along with an invite to our proprietary planning software.

01. Onboarding

After all of the housekeeping is taken care of, we’ll dive into every potential aspect of your
event and understand your specific scale, scope, and expectations on our initial kick-off call.

02. Kick-Off Meeting

We’ll then prepare a budget spreadsheet of industry prices and have another consultation to finalize your budget.

This will serve as our costing guide throughout our process.

03. Budgeting

This is where our planning expertise truly comes to life. Here, we’ll run through timelines, floor plans, and the entire guest experience. In addition, we’ll support with securing vendors, and tastings, ensuring every detail has been considered.

04. Planning

This step covers all elements of design when it comes to your event. Think: florist, decor, installations, invitations, website, etc.

Here, we’ll present a mood board and design mockups as needed, ask for feedback, and proceed with revisions and bookings.

05. Design Considerations

Once the design details are confirmed, we’ll finalize all the timelines, floor plans and ensure everything is covered.

We’ll purchase all the remaining decor, have final meetings, and get you on your way for a celebration that’ll be one for the books.
